Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns:
We value customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Returns are subject to inspection and must be unused and in original packaging. Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or refund as per company discretion.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch—whichever is earlier. To cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Note: Custom or special orders are not eligible for return or cancellation unless defective or damaged.
